Piri Piri Beef Biltong 100g
For those that prefer a spicier Biltong, my Piri Piri Beef Biltong is for you. I make it using only the finest aged grass fed beef, born and bred here in Yorkshire, ensuring the ultimate in taste and a softness of bite. I use my own recipe, developed to give a traditional Biltong experience with the added spice of Portuguese Piri Piri, that harks back to the true taste of Southern Africa.
This is available in either 45g or 100g packs, and you will get a discount if you buy two of the same size across either flavour
After curing the beef in vinegar and sea salt, I combine my spice mix of toasted coriander, cumin, black pepper with a spicy blend of chilli and piri piri to coat the beef before air dying. The resultant beef is then hand cut to give a selection of size and thickness, adding to the experience in the mouth.
I prefer my Biltong to be soft and with some fat, please email me if you prefer yours to be different to that and I will select accordingly from the batch. Be careful though, too much fat is addictive !
